Lake Wales CRA Business Incentive Programs

The CRA administers two documented incentive programs — a matching-reimbursement Business Incentive Program for building improvements, and a separate Restaurant Incentive Program for leasehold improvements.

Business Incentive Program

Matching reimbursement for eligible building improvements.

Single-story buildings

up to 50% · max $50,000

Matching reimbursement of eligible investment.

Multistory buildings

up to 50% · max $100,000

Restaurant Incentive Program

up to $50,000 for qualified leasehold improvements.

Provides eligible leaseholders with assistance for qualified leasehold improvements needed to open and operate a restaurant or food business.
