Downtown Lake Wales is walkable and centered on Park Avenue, with the historic depot, murals, and small storefronts inside the CRA district.
Outdoors, Lake Kissimmee State Park, Crooked Lake, and Catfish Creek Preserve are all within about 30 minutes.
