What is the Lake Wales CRA?
The Lake Wales Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) is the city body that reinvests tax-increment revenue inside a defined downtown and corridor district, funding facade grants, housing programs, streetscape work, and business incentives.
Much of the current work traces back to the Lake Wales Connected plan, which reoriented downtown around Park Avenue and the Lincoln Avenue corridor.
We publish the CRA's program areas and annual-report figures as a standing reference, separate from city-government pages.
